Religion & religious views
I live in a Christian society, and I was raised Christian. So while I'm trying to unlearn the assumptions Christianity makes about religion and theology, it's not easy.
I left the church as a teenager, and for a while I was a witch and practicing pagan of the Kemetic, Norse, Gaelic and pop culture (The Elder Scrolls) varieties.
I moved on eventually, and became interested in converting to Judaism. Currently, I'm still very interested in converting, but my location & disabilities are making it very difficult to access the only synagogue in my state.
One of the parts in our subsystem is a member of Kemetic Orthodoxy and worships Bast. We have some introjects who are based on Jewish characters, which strengthens our desire to convert (and also makes acknowledging our bodily status as a gentile painful at times).
We are also Indigenous and lean towards Indigenous spirituality and animism.
